Today’s Brunch In Colour was one for the books! We gathered at Earls Kitchen + Bar (7401 Windrose Ave. D100, Plano, TX 75024) to celebrate our amazing admin, Pamela (PJ), for her birthday. The dress code? Denim shorts, white tank tops, and cowgirl boots—and we definitely served looks!

The food and drinks were on point. Our server had a little hiccup sorting out a few of our bills, but aside from that, her service was solid—attentive and timely. And let’s talk about that kitchen: the food came out hot and fast, no long waits. 👏🏽

As always, the vibe was vibing! BIC events never miss when it comes to energy, connection, and pure joy. The love in the room was real, and it made the entire experience even more special.
